Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 691—“A BILL to amend and reenact §17-2A-11 of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §17F-1-9 of said code; and to amend and reenact §20-15-2 of said code, all relating to off-highway vehicles; defining terms; creating digital road map for certain roads and vehicles, including off-highway vehicles; and making technical corrections.”
